1. Exhibitor Checklist
Please use this handy checklist to prepare for the event. Don’t forget to check into registration when you arrive to pick up your name badge.
2. Tentative Schedule:
7:00 – 8:30 am: Exhibitor Setup (If retrieving shipped items, locate them near the information table by the escalators)
8:00 am: General Attendee Registration Opens
8:30 am: Complimentary Breakfast in the Ballroom
9:00 am: Morning General Session: Ballroom
10:00 am: Session I Workshops
11:45 am: Session II Workshops
1:15 pm: Luncheon and Keynote Speaker: Ballroom
2:30 pm: Session III Workshops
4:00 pm: Closing Reception in the Foyer (free)
Tear down: You may tear down before the reception starts or immediately after it at 4:30.
3. Map of the Ballroom
Logistics change: Note that registration will be across the skybridge and directly above the lobby escalators (so it’s a little bit of a walk!). But there will be an information table staffed by SCANPH near table #35. A member of SCANPH’s staff will be checking all exhibit tables in the morning to ensure you have what you need and answer any questions. You may also visit the information table if you require support.

The room block is now sold out. But please consider these other hotel options that are across the street or on the same block, i.e. 5-7 min walk.

Any person attending to your exhibit table must be officially registered for the conference. SCANPH staff will personally help register your staff for the event and register your complimentary tickets. Please be on the lookout for communication from us about registration.
Parking is $20 plus taxes prior to 5 pm and $23 plus taxes after 5 pm. Please receive a parking coupon at our registration table to receive this rate. Parking is also available at LA LIVE.
