Early bird registration for the 2026 SCANPH Annual Conference opened Monday, April 6! Members receive special discounts on all conference registrations through May 4. Join over 1,300 affordable housing thought leaders, policy makers, developers, and stakeholders from across the state of California to learn about solutions and tools for ensuring everyone in our communities has a safe place to call home.

SCANPH’s 38th Annual Conference: October 7-8, 2026
We are now accepting WORKSHOP RFPs for our conference being held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in DTLA, California on October, 7-8, 2026.
Take a moment to review the guidelines and submit your proposals below. Proposals are due by May 13, 2026 11:59 PM. We look forward to reviewing your submissions. Accepted proposals will be notified by June.
