West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation is an award winning developer of affordable housing in the City of West Hollywood and the greater Los Angeles area. HOLLYWOOD COMMUNITY HOUSING CORPORATION Housing Director

Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (HCHC) is a community-based nonprofit housing corporation that develops affordable housing for low income households in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles. HCHC builds new housing and acquires and rehabilitates existing housing for families, senior citizens, and households with special housing needs. HCHC is governed by a fifteen-member Board of Directors and is funded primarily through foundation grants and developer fees.

Housing Advisor Bilingual (English/Armenian) City of Glendale

Effective 7/1/2016, the salary range for this position will be $3,910.00 - $6,000.00
monthly. In addition, the City provides $100/month bilingual pay for eligible
employees.
Under general direction, this professional classification exercises independent judgment with some
general supervisory review to provide assistance in the administration of the housing assistance
program. The Housing Advisor performs administrative, professional and technical housing work
including case administration of the housing assistance program. The current vacancy requires
bilingual abilities in English and Armenian.

Customer Service Representative/Housing Bilingual City of Glendale

Effective 7/1/2016, the salary range for this position will be $2,701.00 - $4,146.00
monthly. In addition, the City provides $100/month bilingual pay for eligible
employees.
This is the journey-level classification in the Customer Service Series. Positions at this level
provide a high level of responsible customer service to the public, and other City employees. The
current vacancy is in the Housing Division of the Community Development Department
and requires bilingual abilities in English and Armenian.

Brilliant Corners Director of Housing Services

Brilliant Corners seeks a proven nonprofit leader to oversee our growing supportive housing
services programs in Los Angeles County. The Director of Housing Services, Los Angeles County
reports to the Executive Director, works as a member of Brilliant Corners’ senior leadership team
in close coordination with the Regional Director of Housing Services for Northern California, and
