COVID-19 Protocols: SCANPH will follow CDC and LA County Guidelines. Before registering: Review COVID assumption of risk and waiver of liability here.

  1. How many people typically attend the conference?
    The main day of the conference (10/10) has nearly 1,300 attendees; meanwhile, virtual conference programming (two virtual seminars/forums on 10/9) will have around 500 attendees. The awards ceremony has more than 350 attendees, thereby bringing total conference attendance to around 1,700.

  2. Who attends the SCANPH Conference?
    Nonprofit affordable housing developers, architects, consultants, lenders/investors, public agencies, advocates, construction companies, solar/environmental organizations, design professionals, tenant rights groups, and more!

  3. Are the virtual seminars/forums included in conference registration?
    This year they are included and you may select to attend when you register; there is no extra cost. Just select “yes” during the registration process and you’ll be provided a zoom access link. The forums/seminars will take place 10/9 virtually.

  4. Is the Homes Within Reach Awards Reception included in conference registration?
    No. The reception/awards program is a separate low-cost ticket. In 2024, the event will no longer be the night before the main day of the conference. Instead, it will take place earlier in the fall on 9/12.

  5. When does exhibiting occur?
    ONLY on 10/10, the main day of the conference.

  6. How much is registration?
    Please consider becoming a member for significant savings.
    Early bird (members only): $400
    Member rate: $475
    Non-member rate: $625
    Government agency: $275

  7. When does the early bird rate expire?
    TBA

  8. How do I register?
    Registration will open in the early summer. Registration details will be announced soon.

  9. Where do I park?
    The Convention Center’s parking garages are $15. Find details here.

  10. Where does the conference take place?
    The event will take place at the Pasadena Convention Center on 10/10.

  11. What are the conference workshop tracks?
    TBA

  12. Is there a room block?
    Room block details will be announced shortly (mid-April).

  13. Do you share an attendee list?
    Yes. Roughly one to two weeks before the conference, an attendee list is shared with all registrants and it is posted on the SCANPH website. Please note that we do not share attendee emails to respect the privacy of our guests.

  14. What if I need to cancel? Do I get a refund?
    Yes, additional details will be provided closer to the date of the event.

  15. Can I substitute someone for my purchased ticket?
    Yes, additional details will be provided closer to the date of the event.

  16. Who do I talk to about sponsorship and/or exhibiting?
