Entrance to the foyer will be accessible from the Green Street entrance to the convention center.
—Workshops: All workshops, the Networking Lounge, and the LACAHSA Office Hours are inside the Conference Building. Workshops will be on both floors of the building.
Please walk across the courtyard outside to reach the Conference Building.
—Exhibitors: Exhibit Hall A, directly behind the Ballroom and accessible through the main building.

—Parking is available at the Convention Center through a subterranean parking structure shared with Hotel Dena. Daily flat parking rate is $15 for one entry only (not valid for in and out parking). To access the parking structure, there are two entrances, (a) on Euclid Avenue, and (b) Marengo Avenue, both between Green Street and Cordova Street. If you are using a Mobile GPS, enter this address for the most direct route: 175 South Euclid Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91101.—Public Transit: PCC is also easily accessible via Metro! Take Line A and get off at Del Mar station. From there the Convention Center is about two blocks away (along Cordova St and Marengo Ave).

‘VISIONARIES IN ACTION’ BREAKFAST KEYNOTE

Join us for our breakfast keynote session, featuring Annie Chu, FAIA, IIDA, renowned architect, educator, and co-founder of Chu-Gooding. A lifelong advocate for accessible, human-centered design, Annie will share inspiring stories of affordable housing wins and successes that remind us why we do this work. Her perspective highlights how architecture and design can drive equity, celebrate community, and build thriving futures.
LUNCHEON PROGRAM!
This year we will be hosting a luncheon buffet and brief program, where we will announce our Developer of the Year and Housers’ Hero awardee! Please join us in the Ballroom to celebrate our honorees and then enjoy a chance to network with peers, visit our exhibitor hall, or take a break during our lunch hour.
Office Hours with the LA County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency!

Claudia Lima, LACAHSA’s Managing Director of Strategic Investment, and the team will be equipped with information on their upcoming NOFA, its offerings, and eligible applications for affordable housing developers in Los Angeles County.
The L.A. County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency was created to make housing more affordable, help people stay in their homes, and increase housing options for people experiencing homelessness. The regional organization focuses on all of L.A. County, with leadership representing cities across the county.
