Chief Financial Officer

Abode Communities (formerly the Los Angeles Communitye Design Center) is seeking an experienced senior executive as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to direct the organization’s overall financial and accounting operations; oversees all aspects of human resources, office management and information management; oversees the organization’s portfolio to ensure achievement of financing performance goals and commitment and regulatory compliance; and engages in real estate and syndication transactions on behalf of the organization.
