After selecting the desired geography, the user is provided a page containing a summary of how the final FY 2008 ILs were updated and developed starting with the 2000 Census benchmark and including update factors from Bureau of Labor Statistics Data (BLS) and American Community Survey (ACS) data. The tables on the summary page include links to complete detail on how the data were developed.

Until now, the HUD Shelter Plus Care Regulations required supportive housing developers to complete rehabilitation or construction work within 12 months of notification of a Shelter Plus Care grant approval.
