Property Supervisor

Property Supervisor

The Property Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day managerial operations and systems at 20 properties managed by Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation. Required Qualifications: Must have minimum 5 years of property management and personnel supervisory experience. Must have 3 - 5 years of Tax Credit experience (tax credit certification a plus); Rural Development experience a plus. Property Management software used is iCAMS. Must be computer proficient in word processing, Microsoft Excel and power point.

Property Supervisor

Under the supervision of the Property & Asset Management Director (PAMD), the Property Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day managerial operations and systems at 20 housing communities managed by CEDC. Major duties include: • Preparation of Annual Budgets for each property managed by CEDC.

Property Supervisor

The Position: Under the supervision of the Property & Asset Management Director, the Property Supervisor will supervise Resident Managers and Maintenance staff at approximately 20 housing properties managed by CEDC. All properties are located within Ventura County and consist of 715 apartments with additional units to be completed by the end of 2011.

Social Service Coordinator

As an employee of Pledgerville Senior Citizens Villa, the Social Service Coordinator (SSC) primary function is to effectively assist residents at the facility that have requested support in enhancing the quality of their daily lives and in more fully and successfully participating in the educational and economic mainstream. The position provides tenants with information about and supportive access to local services and resources that can assist the residents to achieve their life opportunities objectives.
