City of Santa Monica: Administrative Analyst in the Housing and Economic Department

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: Up to $74,919 which includes a base salary of $72,144 per year + cashable leave days (paid at end of the fiscal year) equaling up to $2,775 per year. The City is a participating agency of the California Public Employee's Retirement System (CalPERS) with a 2.7%@55 retirement formula. Currently, 5% of the 8% employee's contribution to CalPERS will be reimbursed by the employee to the City. In addition, the City participates in the Medicare portion of FICA only, and therefore there is no deduction made for social security.

Accountant - Full Time

Under the direction of the Director of Finance & Accounting, the Accountant assists in the management of the financial records of A Community of Friends (ACOF) and the limited partnerships of which ACOF is general partner. The Accountant is responsible for the monthly accounting for five properties. The Accountant monitors the Supporting Housing Program (SHP) budgets, and, under the supervision of the Director of Finance, compiles and submits monthly invoices to the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA).
