Description
This session will provide an in-depth analysis of changes and updates made to the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. We will discuss the new competitive NSP program, changes that will affect both the first and second round of allocations, and the remaining challenges of using the NSP program. Presenters will be Dvora Lovinger, Senior Director of Government Affairs, and Amanda Sheldon, Research and Policy Analyst.
