Housing California is proud to host the nation's largest, most comprehensive annual affordable-home conference. Each spring, more than 1,200 developers, business leaders, affordable-home advocates, government officials, service providers, and consumers converge on Sacramento for cutting-edge training, enlightening speakers, and networking.

Schedule of Events:

• Monday, April 27, 2009 -- Pre-conference Institutes (Intensive, 5-hour training sessions on a single topic. NOTE: Pre-conference Institutes are not part of the General Conference. Additional fees apply. Includes boxed lunch.)
• Monday, April 27, 2009 (evening) -- 30th Anniversary Gala (Sheraton Grand Hotel -- across from the Convention Center).
• Tuesday, April 28 - Wednesday, April 29, 2009 -- General Conference and exhibits.
