CitiHousing Real Estate Services is offering a free homebuyer workshop with a representative from the IRS that will be discussing the tax deductions for homeowners including the new $7500 tax credit for first time homebuyers.
Also, a representative from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage will discuss how to qualify for the government loan programs. If you bring your latest tax return and two paystubs, you can get prequalified that day.
