Director of Finance - Citizens Housing Corporation

This position is located in San Francisco, CA at CHC's corporate office. Position Summary: The Director of Finance (DOF) supervises all financial and accounting activity of Citizens Housing Corporation (CHC) and its affiliates, including CHC Property Management Corporation (CHCPMC) and various corporate entities, limited liability companies and partnership entities involved in the acquisition, development, ownership and operation of affordable housing and mixed-use properties. The DOF is responsible for financial controls and regulatory compliance, tax and reporting functions, budgets, short- and long-term cash management and investment activity. The DOF works with CHC’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Development Director on corporate finance and real estate finance transactions and assists in the management of relationships with key debt and equity partners.
