Century Housing is looking for a Loan Servicing Officer

Under the direction of the Senior Vice President, Lending, the Loan Servicing Officer is responsible for providing quality customer service to Century's borrowers after loans have closed and funded through payoff.

The Loan Servicing Officer will respond to inquiries and/or initiate communication with internal or external customers to resolve loan-related issues; maintaining loan information in CLCS; process payments and apply them as appropriate; calculate fees, payment changes, adjustments and payoff amounts; prepare reports for internal and external use, including investors and loan participants; and perform other duties as assigned.
