Tenant Services Coordinator

L.A. Family Housing is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator. The primary function of the Tenant Services Coordinator is to assist tenants and tenant families that have requested support in enhancing the quality of their daily lives and in more fully participating in the educational and economic mainstream. The position is responsible for providing tenants with information about and assistance with access to local services and resources designed to support tenants in achieving their identified goals and objectives. In addition to a strong collaboration with the Social Service/Programs Team, the Tenant Services Coordinator is an integral part of the Property Management Team and plays a critical role in the overall positive maintenance of LAFH properties for the enjoyment of its residents and the respect of its neighbors. The position requires experience with Community Organizing and the Social Service System,Background / Experience in Affordable Housing and/or Supportive Housing, Excellent Interpersonal, Verbal and Written Communication Skills Ability to Identify, Assess, Select, Develop and Maintain Community Service Referral Partnerships that Assist Tenants in Achieving and Maintaining Goals.
