An ecumenical Christian non profit housing organization, seeks an outgoing, high-energy Director of Programs and Volunteer Services. Responsibilities include program development, management and training, leading a force of more that 5,000 dedicated volunteers and supervision of staff and interns. Must have a bachelor's degree, 5 + years experience in the non profit management and program development and possess excellent communication skills. Exposure to Raiser's Edge and corporate sponsorship a plus. This is a full-time position that requires some evening and week-end work and offers a competitive benefits package.
