Action Alert! Urge Governor Schwarzenegger to Adopt 10-Year Plan

In April 2007, the Schwarzenegger Administration issued a draft 10-Year Plan to Reduce Chronic Homelessness. The Administration received comments and feedback from advocates and state agencies, but never adopted a plan.

The Corporation for Supportive Housing and Housing California are issuing an alert for a letter-writing campaign to the Governor.

Please urge the Governor to finish the work his Administration started by using this sample letter. Be sure to fax it to (916) 445-4633 and the other numbers on the letter, no later than Friday, June 13th.

Together, we can make certain that the state with the largest homeless population in the nation plans to end homelessness. Contact Sharon Rapport at (510) 251-1910, ext. 209, or sharon.rapport@csh.org if you have questions.
