Clinical and Intergrated Services Director

Skid Row Housing Trust, founded in 1989, is a multi-faceted nonprofit organization developing, managing and operating permanent supportive housing for homeless, extremely low income and disabled individuals. The Trust is one of the top supportive housing providers in the country. The Trust owns and operates twenty residential properties providing over 1,200 apartments in downtown Los Angeles. In addition to serving as an affordable housing developer and property management company, the Trust provides comprehensive social services for formerly homeless residents. The Trust is seeking a highly qualified and experienced full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to serve as the Clinical and Integrated Services Director. The Clinical and Integrated Services Director will provide clinical supervision for 20 case managers, be responsible for all aspects of hiring, training, and supervising social services staff, and manage integrated services collaborative projects with partnering organizations. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, demonstrated leadership capacity, and a strong commitment to serving the homeless, most vulnerable and those men and women with significant disabilities.
