15 May 2008 - 2:30pm

As you may know, California Housing Consortium (CHC) annual event is coming up on May 15th. Our CHC Policy Forum and California Housing Hall of Fame will be held at the Los Angeles Central Library. The morning forum will feature State Treasurer Bill Lockyer and a roundtable panel addressing California's housing problem - our long-standing production deficiency and the exacerbating factors of the current mortgage meltdown and credit crisis. Following the policy forum, we will be convening an awards luncheon to induct (5) ‘housing heroes' from across the public, private, and non-profit sectors into CHC's Housing Hall of Fame.
