Contracts Coordinator

LA Family Housing seeks to find a Contracts Coordinator to join the Development and Community Engagement team.  The position is the primary project coordinator and grantwriter for public contracts and is secondary assist with private grants. In addition to writing and reporting on public contracts, the Coordinator helps facilitate the proposal process, including scheduling planning sessions and maintaining a contracts calendar. The Coordinator plays an integral part within the Development and Community Engagement team, providing copywriting support for the department, and works closely with the Finance and Quality Assurance teams to effectively execute contracts. Reporting directly to the Director of Development, the Coordinator helps ensure annual revenue goals in both public and private funding are met.

 

In this position, the Contracts Coordinator will work within a team oriented and fast paced work environment. The team is a talented, creative and driven group people focused on furthering the mission and values of the agency. This position will be significant to the growth of the department as it involves supporting the fundraising efforts and messaging of the organization.

 

The candidate must posses exceptional skills in comprehension, analysis, and technical writing, including the ability to articulate and explain complex funding and financial issues in a clear, non-technical manner. The compensation for this position is in the $45,000.00-$50,000.00/yr. range.
