A training for California's affordable housing developers, funders, and policymakers

The California Center for Cooperative Development is hosting a travelling conference that highlights 2 specific models to create home ownership for very low, low and moderate income households: Limited Equity Housing Co-ops and Mobile Home Co-ops. Educators include experienced, successful cooperative housing developers, funders, lawyers and consultants. The training will outline clear, step-by-step approaches to developing cooperative housing, highlighting financing resources, policy approaches, and concrete tools for creating effective resident governance.
