Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

A Community of Friends has an immediate opening for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager. This Project Manager/Senior Project Manager will be responsible for all activities related to the development of 2-3 affordable multifamily housing developments. The Senior Project Manager will work with less supervision than the Project Manager and will handle more complex projects. Qualifications: Applicants should have at least one to three years experience in the development and/or financing of multi-family housing. The ideal candidate will have managed at least one multifamily housing development from site acquisition through permanent loan closing. Applicant should have experience and/or demonstrated abilities in the following areas: • Preparation and analysis of proforma financials for low income multifamily housing developments. • Preparation of loan, grant and Low Income Housing Tax Credit applications. • Knowledge of financing sources available for affordable housing. • Management of project consultants during pre-construction and construction phases. • Ability to work effectively with peers and public and private lenders. • Strong organizational and analytical skills along with problem solving abilities. • Ability to operate a motor vehicle Please see the attached posting for more information.
