LA Mayor Villaraigosa Releases Housing & Community Development Plan

Mayor Villaraigosa recently released his 2008-2012 Housinq and Community Development Five-Year Consolidated Plan and 2008-2009 Program Year 34 Action Plan (CDBG. HOME, ADDI, HOPWA and ESG).

The proposed 2008-2012 Housing and Community Development Consolidated Plan and related 2008-2009 Action Plan budget for Program Year (PY) 34 is scheduled to be enacted April 1 ,2008 and end March 31,2009.

Mayor Villaraigosa stated that, "creating vibrant and livable communities, creating and sustaining jobs, growing a skilled workforce, supporting affordable housing and providing access to human services are the primary outcomes targeted for this budget."
