Requires 7+ years hands-on experience of successfully managing a significant portfolio of diverse, low-income communities; uniquely gifted in communication and the cultivation of people/ teams; able to streamline policies and systems for timely efficiency; familiar with CA law and regs governing tax credit, HUD/ HOME, Section 8, USDA financing; comfortable using and analyzing reports and financials; Word, Excel and Yardi software. 89 employees, 1350 units in 41 developments spread over 25 communities, 6 governing board members, $300m in property assets, $1.8m admin budget.
