SCANPH and Paul Zimmerman, Executive Director would like to announce that:
1) SCANPH Board of Directors Dean Matsubayashi, Rachanit Key Trikandha and Nadia Villagran have completed their first 3-year term and will be seeking a second 3-year term at the members' meeting on January 29, 2009;
2) The Board of Directors nominations committee has recommended to the membership that Shashi Hanuman, Patricia Whitaker, Mark Wilson, Ken Mutter and Christian Ahumada (click on the links for their profiles) be elected to the Board of Directors at the annual meeting on January 29, 2009;
and 3) Members in good standing may petition to be directors as well. Petition candidates must submit their names with supporting signatures from five (5) members of the corporation to the nominating committee not less than ten (10) days before the annual meeting (January 19, 2009).
