To make good decisions, nonprofit leaders today need accurate, up-to-date and clear financial information, as well as the ability to interpret and use this information to plan and manage.
 
In this workshop, NFF will share practical tools for helping nonprofits manage through tough times, specifically those designed to assist with financial decision making.

Who Should Attend?
Executive directors, chief finance and/or operations officers, and board members are all invited to attend.  A basic understanding of financial statements is helpful.
