Office of Housing Assistance Contract Administration Oversight Requires DUNS Numbers

The Office of Housing Assistance Contract Administration Oversight will continue to track DUNS numbers & CCR registration certifications received in response to Notice H 2011-01, Notice Requiring Owners with Project-Based Rental Assistance Contracts or Section 202 or 811 Project Rental Assistance Contracts to Obtain Dun and Bradstreet Numbering System (DUNS) Numbers and to Register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).

Please note that sometime in May 2012, contracts without a DUNS number may not receive payments as a result of accounting system changes.  Once the final cut-off date is determined, Hub Directors and Operations Officers will be notified.
