Housing California Needs Your Help As NonProfit Developers

Housing California is conducting a survey to learn how nonprofit developers use the density bonus and concessions/incentives in Density Bonus Law.

The results will inform our negotiations with cities, planners and legislators on two bills (AB 1256 and AB 1449) this fall.
