HOLLYWOOD COMMUNITY HOUSING CORPORATION (HCHC) is a community-based nonprofit housing corporation that develops affordable housing for low income households in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles. HCHC builds new housing and acquires and rehabilitates existing housing for families, senior citizens, and households with special housing needs.
The Project Manager, under the direction of the Housing Director, is responsible for managing all aspects and activities related to the acquisition, financing and development of HCHC's affordable multifamily housing projects. Specific responsibilities and qualifications are listed in the attachment.
This is a full-time position and salary is DOE.
