Field Supervisor

Barker Management Incorporated located in Anaheim, California is seeking an experienced, energetic, self-motivated, team player for the position of Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor shall be responsible for all aspects of on-site operations for each of the development assigned and communicating accurate and timely information to the owners and investors. The Field Supervisor is the primary liaison between the on-site personnel, Company's Central Office personnel, the owners and investors for each development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Determines local work procedures, prepares local work schedules, and expedites the workflow for each assigned development • Assigns duties and responsibilities to the development staff and examines their work for exactness, neatness, and conformance with Company policies and procedures • Ensures assigned developments are running smoothly, both economically and physically, and that the morale of the development staff is maintained at a high level • Provides the Vice President of Operations and Operations Manager with a status on vacancies, receivables, recertification, legal issues, staffing issues, physical issues, and any other significant issues pertaining to each assigned development • Participates actively in the preparation of the annual operating budget for each assigned development and ensures that expenses for the development are controlled in accordance with the approved budget limits • Visits each assigned development on a weekly basis and completes a written report noting the status of each of the following: vacancies, waiting list, compliance, delinquencies, common areas, certifications, resident issues, recertification, maintenance, purchase orders, filing, and security Position Requisites • 4+ years management or related experience with affordable housing • High School Diploma • Above average computer skills using MS Word and MS Excel • Above average organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Qualified Candidates may apply by contacting our Human Resources Department at (714) 533-3450, email resume to resumes@barkermgt.com, or submit resume to (714) 533-8608 fax• Barker Management Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity Employer •
