Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) seeks a highly motivated, self-starter to assume the Resident Manager position at this property. It is a job requirement that the incumbent of this position live in one of the apartments.
This position is responsible for marketing, leasing, rent collections, bank deposits; weekly and monthly reports; tax credit compliance paperwork, annual re-certifications; annual unit inspections. Monitor and approve operating expenses; assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget. Maintain strong resident relationships and communication. Enforce lease agreement and complex rules and regulations. Participate in activities related to Community Building with the resident as established by CEDC policy. Responsible for overall security of property. Attend training.
