Each Spring, Housing California's Annual Conference brings together more than 1,200 developers and service providers, business leaders and advocates, government officials and consumers for cutting-edge training; engaging and enlightening speakers; and networking.

- Monday, April 26, 2010 - Pre-conference Institutes. Intensive, 5-hour training sessions on a single topic. (NOTE: Pre-conference Institutes are not part of the General Conference. Additional fees apply. Includes boxed lunch).
- Tuesday, April 27 - Wednesday, April 28, 2010 - General Conference and exhibits.
