Property Manager - Huntington ParkSubmitted by fcaraveo on 26 January 2010 - 6:04pm.NEEDED - Full time Property and Asst. Manager for a Senior Tax Credit Property with 184 units in Huntington Park. Must have a minimum of 2 years of tax credit working experience( required) and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Tasks:
Manage Property Office and Staff.
Complete Monthly Reports.
Marketing and Leasing Units.
Processing Applications and updating Waiting Lists.
Completing Certification and Re-Certifications.
Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Resident Assistance.
Attends Trainings.
Reports all issues to Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Processing Verifications and Tax Income Certification (TIC).
Must be able to communicate effectively with a variety residents, staff, and vendors.
Must excercise Good Judgement and Problem Solving abilities.
Must be Professional at all times.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Required. Experience in Property Management. Any additional education or certification a plus.
