Thank you for participating in our 2009 SCANPH Conference. The conference once again brought together the nonprofit housing community for a day of exciting speakers, informative and educational workshops, and our annual awards. Congratulations to all the winners!

2009 SCANPH AWARD WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT

The Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing (SCANPH) is pleased to announce our 2009 non-profit affordable housing awards winners. The awards are presented to Southern California's top affordable housing developers, financial supporters, advocates, and staff persons and were announced at the SCANPH Annual Housing Conference on Friday, September 25 at the Wilshire Grand Hotel in Los Angeles, CA.

Our Affordable Housing of the Year awards, where peers recognize their peers' best work each year, is one of the most prominent and most highly respected honors presented to California's top nonprofit housing developers. All the Awards are nominated by the membership, and chosen by an impartial committee of the previous year's award winners. This year's winners are:
