Why Cap-and-Trade Auction Proceeds Should Fund Affordable Homes Near Transit
As the Budget Conference Committee decides how much money to invest from the Cap-and-Trade auction proceeds within the 2013-14 budget year, members of a broad statewide coalition of organizations, the Sustainable Communities for All Coalition, will be talking to legislators about why Cap-and-Trade funds should be spent now on existing programs with proven success at reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
